One of my guilty pleasures in styling glamour is indulging in the magic that is the Pastel Pink dye. I’ve been trying to diversify a little, and that led to the creation of this modern outfit. There’s still a suggestion of pink, but it’s a muted complementary kiss in an otherwise neutral colour palette.
Head: Quaintrelle’s Hat | Pastel Pink Dye

There are no level restrictions to wearing this outfit; however, the Type B boots (which are untradeable) can only be obtained from the Copied Factory, which is a level 80 alliance raid instance. Interestingly enough, the only gender locked item is Quaintrelle’s Hat, which has an exact counterpart in Boulevardier’s Hat for the boys.
As a personal preference, I’ve never enjoyed it when Lalafells show too much skin, other than in swimsuits. This little lady likes to keep it classy. Which is why the Bunny Chief tights and Type B Boots combo plays such a crucial role in this outfit. There’s a touch of peek-a-boo skin through the fishnet stockings. The Adventuring Sweater acts as a mini sweater dress, and the length is just right for the boots on petite Lalafell legs.
This outfit does require a bit of homework, though. The Quaintrelle’s Hat and Adventuring Sweater are staples in any modern Lalafell’s wardrobe and can be easily purchased off the market board or crafted. However, the procurement of the other items require more groundwork.
The Bunny Chief Tights are actually easy enough to obtain. They can be purchased from the Gold Saucer Attendant near the main Gold Saucer Aetheryte. At 36,000 MGP, they’re quite affordable. Doing a successful run of the weekly Fashion Report yields 60,000 MGP, so it’s possible to obtain this almost immediately.
The Type B Boots, on the other hand, require you to have at least 1 level 80 character with a minimum item level score of 435 to enter The Copied Factory. You’d need to clear the last boss, and obtain a successful roll on one of the 3 Type B Coffers that drop from the final boss. While this might seem intimidating, the entire outfit set really is worth obtaining. Plus, all the Copied Factory gear is absolutely stunning, so you might pick up more awesome glamour pieces.
As far as hairstyles ago, I like keeping my hair up in an up-do with this one for a sleek profile, and also to avoid any sort of clipping with the lovely drape of the pashmina shawl. I generally alternate between the Gyr Albanian Plaits and the High Ponytail hairstyles.
On the whole, I’m quite happy with this outfit. I’ve enjoyed using it with my Machinist and Dancer, but I would generally use it with any class when I want a sleek modern look. (With just a touch of pink. We all need a little pink in our lives.)
