I’ve always enjoyed a classic denim look. This clean and sharp outfit features the white shirt and denim skirt combo, with a slight edge generated by the high top sneakers and corset-like leather ties in the skirt.

Truth be told, this is the Calvin Klein of outfits: deceptively simple, but at a pretty extravagant price point. In other words, great for a humble brag, or just for basking in the knowledge that your character looks pretty darn cool.
The big ticket items in this set are the Summer Indigo Shirt and the Urban Boots. At the time of posting, both are pretty new glamour items and can only be crafted by level 80 crafters with decent gear.
If you have been keeping up with your events and dailies, the Endless Summer Glasses (Moonfire Faire 2018), Werewolf Bottoms (All Saint’s Wake 2017) and False Nails (Ananta Beast Tribe – Stormblood) will provide some relief on your in-game wallet. On the flip side, if you missed the events, the glasses and bottoms can be purchased off the Mog Station as parts of decent event sets. The Endless Summer set, in particular, I found to be a worthy purchase, especially if you enjoy modern glamour aesthetics like myself.
I was tempted to go with the Spring Bottoms for this outfit, but decided to go with a skirt instead. I like the subtle ombre effect of the skirt, and the Corpse Blue dye really gives the skirt a light washed denim look.
I hope to soon come up with a more affordable version of this look. Until then, take comfort in knowing that even though your wallet might feel lighter, you can still enjoy your day in the sun!
